At FindPrepExpert, we want you to be completely satisfied with the services you receive.

Requesting a Refund

If you are unsatisfied with a service, you may request a refund within 7 days of service completion through your dashboard. Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Dispute Resolution

If you and an expert cannot reach an agreement, our support team will mediate the dispute. Both parties will have the opportunity to present their case.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days and returned to the original payment method.
